Newbreak has hosted our original Phasing Out of Trauma group since September 2024. We are proud to have the support of Newbreak in order to offer this open meeting to not only women of their faith community, but also to any woman in San Diego who desires deeper healing.
A General Group is offered:
Every Monday Evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

The group format at this location:
General Meeting - no pre-registration required women are able to attend the meetings they are able to, and encouraged to attend for 6-8 meetings before determining if Phasing Out of Trauma is for them.

1st & 3rd Mondays - Open Discussion Nights
2nd Mondays - Phase of the Month Introduction
5th & 5th Mondays - Teaching Topic Nights
Fall Phase and Topic Schedule
October 2025 -
Phase 12 -I am ready to grieve the things my trauma has stolen from me. I see Jesus as the Wounded Healer and invite him into my pain with me.
Teaching Topic - Necessary Endings
November 2025 -
Phase 13 - I am ready to resolve my trauma with those who were responsible and with those who failed to address it. I will honor myself and God as we redeem my story.
Teaching Topics -Justice as Part of Healing
December 2025 -
Phase 14 - I forgive myself for unhealthy behaviors that resulted from my trauma. I embrace God's compassion and am free to be the "me" He created me to be.
