Newbreak
Newbreak has hosted our original Phasing Out of Trauma group since September 2024. We are proud to have the support of Newbreak in order to offer this open meeting to not only women of their faith community, but also to any woman in San Diego who desires deeper healing.
Phase Study Fellowship
Our Phase Study Fellowships meet on Wednesday Evenings from 6:30-8:00pm in the Volunteer Lounge.
Weaving Grace
Weaving Grace Fellowship has started their study on Phase 1 I have experienced trauma. I desire God to be part of my healing.
They are reading through Does God See Me? by Dieula M. Previlon and completing the Phasing Out of Trauma Reflective Workbook.
They will be meeting through April 1st.
General Meeting
Our General Meetings are held on Monday evenings 6:30-8:00pm

Phase 16 - I can restore health to supportive relationships, and create greater safety in unsupportive ones. I will trust God for the wisdom to set boundaries, and to meet my needs when others cannot.
