Newbreak
Newbreak has hosted our original Phasing Out of Trauma group since September 2024. We are proud to have the support of Newbreak in order to offer this open meeting to not only women of their faith community, but also to any woman in San Diego who desires deeper healing.
General Meeting
Our General Meetings are held on Monday evenings 6:30-8:00pm
at 10791 Tierrasanta Blvd. Suite B. We welcome any woman who has experienced trauma and needs a supportive community to help her process her experiences, and receive encouragement This is an ongoing meeting throughout the year that rotates through introductions of our Phases and Teaching Topics. Each week women get a chance to experience God through a Spiritual practice, and to share where she is currently at.

Phase 17 - I am ready to take captive my toxic thoughts and transform them into empowering ones. I can trust God to renew my mind in the moment to reflect my dignity, peace, joy and belovedness.

Phase 18 - I am ready to bring joy into my life by
redeeming, and recreating my goals and
dreams. I will discern what my purpose is, and trust God
to be with me as I live in full integration of mind,
body and spirit.

Tag Out Phase - I recognize I am in crisis and need to pause
my trauma work to seek necessary support. I will apply the spiritual truths learned thus far, as I walk through this crisis.
Phase 1 Study Fellowship AKA Phasing Out of Trauma Step Study
Our Phase Study Fellowships meet on Thursday Evenings from 6:30-8:00pm meeting room TBA via email to members
Weaving Grace Phase 2 Study Fellowship Group
Our Weaving Grace small Phase Study group is advancing into Phase 2! They will meet on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm at a location TBA.
By reading portions of Original Trauma by Raomon Jusino and healing their impressions of God while looking at their story through different perspectives.
Cost of materials is $35, and materials will be provided on April 15th. The group will meet through June 10th which is 9 total weeks, with the last meeting being a fellowship meeting to close out the season together.
