Our Phase Work Fellowships
Bring Deeper Healing
Just like AA and Al-Anon offer step work meetings, Phasing Out of Trauma offers Phase Work Fellowships—small, guided groups that move through the healing journey together.
The difference? We recognize that true healing unfolds in God’s timing. Each woman is empowered to move at her own pace and make choices that honor where she is in her journey. That's why our groups commit to meet for three months at a time.
What we’re facing isn’t something to fix within ourselves—it’s the result of things that have been done to us. Those experiences have changed us, but through Christ, they no longer define us.
Our Phase Work Fellowships provide a safe space to do the deeper work of healing in community: sharing experiences, listening to others’ stories, and holding sacred space for what God is doing in each life.
When you begin, you’ll start at Phase 1, working through one of our Phase Workbooks that’s included in your Phase Work Packet.
Each week, you’ll reflect on thoughtful questions, engage in guided prayer practices, and participate in additional activities that we’ve curated to complement the insights of the author whose book your small group reads through.
We understand that you could read through these books in a few days—but deep transformation takes time. Our Phase Work Fellowship small groups give you the chance to digest truth slowly, meditate on it, and begin to view your stories through new, grace-filled perspectives.
These groups are designed to give you that space—to process, pray, and practice together.
Once you complete this Form, our team will reach out to share details about the next available group. We’ll work with your availability and keep you informed as new fellowships form.
And remember—this journey is between you and God.
If a fellowship isn’t open right when you’re ready, you can still continue your work at your own pace by:
Attending General Meetings
Requesting a Phase Work Packet
Connecting with a Mentor for one-on-one guidance through either the Phase Work Packet or deeper Reflective Workbooks
Healing doesn’t follow a schedule—but it does respond to faith, courage, and community.
