Christ Centered, Trauma Informed, Peer-led Trauma Recovery

Phasing Out of Trauma exists at the intersection of faith and trauma-informed care — empowering women to move from victim, to survivor, to victor through safe, Christ-centered, peer-led support.
The Path of Total Integration of
Mind, Body, and Soul
Trauma takes away the gift of living as we were created to be. Do you suffer from flashbacks? Are you still disassociating? Do you still blame God and find it hard to worship? Do you want to get back to who you truly are?
One Group for Your Entire Journey
Do you find that you need to repeat group content more than one time through?
Instead of repeating the same material over and over again our group walks you through Psychological and Spiritual phases needed for true, lasting healing.
Do you find that you have multiple areas of trauma to address?
Instead of just focusing on one aspect of trauma such as Abuse, Betrayal, or Grief we address the roots of the trauma, and help connect you to resources to go deeper into various areas when you're ready.

Step 1 - Request a Welcome Call

Letting someone hear what is safe to share about your story is always the first step towards healing.
During the call you can share where you’re at and hear more about what we have to offer.
Step 2 - Attend an Open Meeting

Nothing we tell you can fully encompass the feeling of stepping into a safe, supportive, compassionate environment, you have to experience for yourself.
Taste the culture. Bring your heartaches. No pressure to share.
Step 3 - Choose Your Path

No one can tell you what you're ready for - only you. We empower you to choose what feels right for you from the start.
Join a cohort, add a mentor, or keep coming to General Meetings—at your pace.

Group Prayer
El Roi, God who sees me,
loves me, and knows me,
grant me the courage to
face the effects of my trauma,
the wisdom to
understand their meaning,
and the strength to enter
the healing process,
so that I may become
the woman
I was created to be.
Amen.

Healing Better with Accompaniment
As trauma survivors, we often find we are closed off from other people - women in particular, and from God.
We isolate and separate ourselves and end up feeling so alone. At Phasing Out of Trauma, you will find a sisterhood, a safe haven, and true accompaniment where participants and co-leaders are still actively finding healing and moving ahead one day at a time.
