What You Receive as a Host Partner

Training & Care for Your Leaders

Training & Care for Your Leaders

We don’t just hand you materials—we walk with you. Leaders receive thorough facilitator training, step-by-step scripts, and practical checklists to guide each meeting. Monthly supervision huddles provide encouragement, troubleshooting, and space for leaders to grow spiritually and personally while they lead.

  1. Facilitator training - Your team will get to observe an ongoing meeting, have a group training session, get to co-lead an ongoing session, and then have a follow up pre-launch training session. At least one of our team members will accompany your leaders at your meetings as your meetings continue to ensure the meeting quality.
  2. Scripts & Schedules - Your team doesn't have to guess what to say or provide or do - it's all laid out for them whether it's a General Meeting, or a Phase Work Fellowship small group your leaders will have a step by step guide every week.
  3. Checklists - Your leaders will have a checklist to help them prepare for the week, to help them prepare for the meeting, and a follow up checklist after the meeting, so nothing's forgotten or overlooked.
  4. Monthly Supervision Huddles - Your team members will be invited to join other Leaders in Monthly Leader Huddles to discuss next steps, look at calendar and scheduling together, share celebrations, and help navigate challenges.
  5. Retreats - We know that when you're pouring out into others you must also be poured into, we offer your leaders a chance to join us at both Member Retreats, and for Leadership Retreats so that they are being blessed while they are blessing others.

Safe, Replicable Group Formats

Safe, Replicable Group Formats

Every gathering follows a clear structure that balances safety with flexibility. General Meetings offer an open, weekly rhythm; Phase Work Fellowships guide women through 13 weeks of deeper healing; and optional retreats create immersive space for renewal. These formats are designed to be easy to run, consistent across locations, and scalable for future growth.

  1. General Meetings - We will post the rhythm of your General Meetings, and provide the outline for the meeting's themed rotation, as well as provide the guided teachings for each month.
  2. Phase Work Fellowships - We will provide the suggested week-to-week frame work for each 13 week small group, and give guidance to your leaders how to tailor the group to the needs of the women who have joined. Part of the Phase Work Fellowship experience is empowerment to heal together at the pace of those God gathered.
Trauma-Informed Materials & Resources

Trauma-Informed Materials & Resources

Whether your members are attending a General Meeting, a Phase Work Fellowship, or receiving Mentorship from us, be assured that they are getting trauma informed care with spiritual accompaniment.

  1. General Meetings - In our General Meetings, members are provided trauma informed spiritual practices to help them process what they've experienced and allow God to help them move beyond those experiences. They are also given handouts with our Phase Resource Lists, and can request our Soul Work Packets
  2. Phase Work Fellowships  -  In our Phase Work Fellowship small groups, members take a deep trauma informed dive into one of the book resources we've identified for phase, where we help them unpack the wisdom of the author, and apply it to their own stories. In group they've given the chance to share their insights, and experience God's healing presence.
  3. Mentorship - Members that choose to enter into mentorship are give a 1-on-1 experience to work with someone directly who has navigated this road as well.  Our mentors provide guidance through the soul work, a chance to further process experiences, accountability, and prayerful encouragement and support.

    How do you ensure safety?

    How do you ensure safety?

Safety is a top priority for us, because it's a need for all of our members and participants. We ensure safety by adhering to the following:

    1. Physical/Environmental Safety: Consistent, welcoming meeting space (private enough for confidentiality, safe from outside interruption).
    2. Screening & Boundaries: Leader & Mentor screening (basic application/reference check or pastoral recommendation). Code of conduct for leaders (reinforcing healthy boundaries, role clarity, and avoiding dual relationships).
    3. Participant Safety Practices: Check-in/check-out practices (a gentle way to ensure emotional safety at the start and closure of meetings). Optional debriefs (allow women to share privately with a leader after if they need).
    4. Ongoing Accountability: Supervision and reporting structures (leaders are supported and reviewed regularly through huddles). Annual leader/mentor re-commitment (to refresh confidentiality, crisis protocols, and best practices).
    5. Documentation & Communication: Simple but clear incident/referral form so leaders know what to record if crisis protocols are activated. Defined referral network (trusted local counseling, crisis line, pastoral care) that leaders can turn to.
