Mentorship Pathway
At Phasing Out of Trauma, we know that healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens through accompaniment.
That’s why we offer our Mentorship Pathway: a one-on-one opportunity to walk with another woman who has walked this road before you. Each mentor has experienced her own healing journey and now desires to support others as they grow in safety, faith, and confidence.
Through mentorship, you remain in control of your own process. You decide what you need in order to move through each phase. Your mentor’s role is to come alongside you—to help you reflect on your progress, offer encouragement, and share spiritual and practical resources to support your healing.
Mentorship typically lasts at least three months, allowing time to build trust, find a rhythm of meeting, and create a relationship marked by safety, care, and consistency. After that, you and your mentor may decide together whether to continue.
Some phases may not require additional mentoring support, while other seasons may invite deeper guidance—or even professional therapy. That’s okay. Needing more help is never a sign of weakness—it’s a sign of wisdom. Seeking additional support as you heal is one of the most courageous things you can do, and it becomes a powerful testimony for others on the same journey.
